Meet the Island Makers: Cam Bradford

Our “Meet the Island Makers” blog series profiles the world-class team of architects, builders, and other influential players on the Crane Island team.,

“As a Custom Home Builder, I am always searching for homesites for my clients. The homesite selection is really the most important of a successful build”

-Cam Bradford

Cam Bradford believes in a home being more than just an address. It’s your refuge. It’s the haven where memories are made, shared, and preserved. Cam has partnered with Tim Brown Architects to bring a tailored home to each homeowner and their lifestyle.

The homebuilder team will start construction on its Crane Island model home in May on Lot 19 located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. We look forward to next level of Custom Home Building that Cam and Tim bring to the table here at Crane Island.

All Crane Island homeowners have the option to design a custom home from scratch or to engage with the Crane Island Portfolio Homes Program. This unique, time-saving program offers predesigned plans that the buyer can personalize to his or her liking by working with Crane Island’s architects and homebuilders, including Cam Bradford Homes.

Quote from Cam:

“When I first saw Crane Island, I knew immediately I was viewing an incredibly unique opportunity for my future clients. My entire team is excited to be a part of creating Crane Island, we will proud of this forever.”
