Progress Update – March 2019
This is the time when a home really starts to take shape with the beginning layers of the outside cladding and the interior trim out. In the past 30 days the framing was completed, the interior “rough in” with electrical, mechanical, plumbing and gas. Did we mention “gas” as this house will be dripping with the romance of gas lanterns provided by Carolina Lanterns from Charleston, SC who designed a custom “Crane Island” line of lanterns just for the community. Also, our friends at James Hardie are providing the Aspyre line of exterior cladding offering a thickness of the material that brings a true historic reproduction character with the thickness of the material. Stay tuned as the next blog will start to get into the interior trim out in detail but here are a few teaser images.
