The Progress of  River House
– March 2018 – Site work started
– April & May 2018 – Fill of 10′ above grade added to surcharge the land. No movement –
– June 2018  – Fill reduced to 5′ and 100% construction documents complete. Will go into permitting in July and begin by late July & Early August for a March 2019 Delivery.
