Over the past few months, we’ve been busy working diligently on a whole slew of things and we wanted to share some of this very good news with you!

We’ve completed all Phase 1 infrastructure and we anticipate final land plat recording to occur May 14th, which then gives our Residents and Builders the green light to begin construction of their homes!

Major site work has begun on our River House/pool deck amenities and a small mountain has formed
for as the views are amazing! it’s foundation, which we affectionally call “Mount Crane”. See below -
We are well underway with Phase 2 infrastructure, adding 66 additional homesites and anticipate completion of that effort by the late Fall 2018.

We have finalized our selection of 4 amazing Custom Home Builders for Crane Island and we’ll be announcing them shortly! 5 breathtaking model homes will begin in July & August.

We’re thrilled to announce our new Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Builder Program/Relations for Crane Island, Mr. John Hillman!!

We have a shiny new website that is worth a good look. The new site was built with the intention to share the broader story of the land, architectural vision, and sense of community we are creating at Crane Island. Oh yeah, it will also offer Communication Is Very Important!! huge variety of comprehensive tools to better understand Crane Island and our real estate offerings! Look for the Interactive Map as it’s pretty darn awesome!
