The inspiration for Crane comes both from the Southeast Region for a timeless “Lowcountry”  & Historic Florida vernacular. We care about timeless details that never go out of style and want to honor those timeless qualities and celebrate them daily. We also don’t have to go very far to seek our inspiration as Fernandina Beach provides so many wonderful clues as to how people have lived and enjoyed these homes across generations. 

Our Architectural Design Guidelines were created to ensure we provide the needed parameters to celebrate this regional style and we look forward to the quality and character of the homes that will be developed here.
