Unlike a lot of places where there are different neighborhoods and sometimes a hard line regarding sizes of homes and values, we chose a different path and we think of ownership here across The Island and it's more about your point of view (Literally..) . So we work more from a frame of reference of how do you want to live and where will the morning enter your home and where are those sunsets and breezes.
